Or worse still, out of love with your business?

As the boss, sometimes it can be hard to feel the love for the people who work for us. Why? Because, amongst other things:-

They cost us money

The don’t always do what we want them to do

They leave – and cost even more money to replace

We often end up having to do it ourselves anyway and wonder why we bothered

hiring them in the first place

And to add insult to injury …..they blame us…..for everything!

So, what does that mean in terms of YOUR life?

Well, it could mean that you are often not able to take time off because you can’t be sure things will carry on as they should if you leave the office. Or maybe it means that you aren’t making enough money because of all those staff turnover costs or the costs of mistakes that have been made.

And you may have even got to the stage where you wonder why you are doing this at all, as you have lost sight of what you loved about it in the first place. It just feels like too much hard work with no reward.

If any of that sounds familiar then here’s the thing. There IS something you can do about it. It’s not too late to fall BACK in love with your business.

You can fall back in love with your team and your business and you can get them working together as a team and working for you with a purpose.
